Rhonda Logsdon 01-17-07 8:00 p.m. Main Campus Nature Area Two individuals in a truck were driving in the nature area where only authorized vehicles are permitted.  Due to the ground being so wet, the truck became hung up in the mud when trying to exit the area.  OCTC Security Guard notified police to assist with the situation.  The driver of the truck made restitution to the college for damage made when his truck became hung up in the mud. The paint was wet and the majority of the paint wiped off.   The situation was investigated by talking with faculty and the student. The student was asked to report the incident to the sheriff, but he wanted a couple days to think about the situation. N
Kevin Beardmore 12/05/08 10:00 a.m. SE Campus Suspicion of alcohol possession involving three students. The situation was reported by the faculty member and the VP of Student Affairs and the Director of Discover College were notified. There was a suspicion of a small open container of alcohol in the possession on the students.  The Daviess County Resource Officer was called and the students were given breathalyzer test. All test were negative. Y
