Whether you are a new freshmen, a transfer student, or a readmit student*, pursuing a degree, diploma, or certificate is just three easy steps away!

1. Look at the options we have to offer and the classes available

2. Complete an application – You can
    Visit the START Center in the Campus Center on our Main Campus (4800 New Hartford Road) or
    Go to www.octc.kctcs.edu/apply or
    Call 686-4527 and have one mailed to you

3. Have your high school/GED transcript, transcripts of any previous college work, and ACT scores sent to:
    OCTC Admissions
    4800 New Hartford Road
    Owensboro, KY 42303

As soon as your application and transcripts are entered, you will be invited to take the COMPASS placement test, meet with an advisor, schedule classes, and attend orientation. It is that easy!
