The steps you need to take to register for classes depend upon your reason for choosing OCTC. Select the statement below that best describes why you are thinking about enrolling:

► If you are a high school or GED graduate beginning your college career at OCTC, we recommend that you declare your intention to seek a degree, diploma, or certificate so you will be eligible for financial aid and assigned an advisor who will help you decide what classes best meet your goals. ► If you have not yet graduated from high school or received your GED, you can take many classes while you are still in high school to get a head start on a college degree, diploma, or certificate. You will need the approval of your high school counselor to attend OCTC prior to graduation. Next steps...

► Take one or more classes and then transfer the credits to a 4-year college

► Take one or more classes for work-related or personal reasons

► Go to college, but I am unsure of what classes I want to take

► Return to OCTC after sitting out a fall or spring semester
