KNECT (KCTCS Non-Emergency Communication Tool) will call your phone and send you an email to remind you of important deadlines, alert you if there is missing information on an application or notify you when you are eligible for advanced registration. So, if you receive a call from KNECT’s 800 number, go ahead and answer the phone - it’s just us!
