The OCTC Human Resources area provides policy and operational support for all colleges and the system office, with responsibilities for employment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations and Human Resources Management System activities for OCTC. In this role, we strive to further develop an effective human resources system that will allow OCTC to attract, motivate and retain quality individuals for OCTC and foster a dynamic, open, healthy work environment.
