With a faculty and staff of 210 giving back to the community, the list of volunteer and philanthropic contributions by the college is impressive. Our faculty and staff are leaders among peer colleges in donations to United Way, the carpentry and electrical faculty and students contribute significantly to Habitat for Humanity, our nursing faculty and students conduct well checks for all students in Hancock County Schools, and OCTV provides television coverage to many local events, including Friday After Five, the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce, and local and state elections. Every program gives back to the community through such activities and organizations as the following:
